Concord Music Publishing signs producer-songwriter Ryan Kohn

Today, Concord Music Publishing announced the signing of producer/songwriter Ryan Kohn in his first publishing deal and will be in partnership with InDent Music, the publishing entity of Dennis Entertainment founded by industry executive John Dennis. The worldwide publishing deal, effective immediately, includes Kohn’s full catalog and future works.

Currently based in Nashville, Kohn first moved to the city to attend Belmont University to study music business. Since graduating in 2022, he has amassed producing and songwriting credits on songs with artists including fellow Concord artists Erin Kirby, Cole Goodwin and Grace Tyler as well as emerging artists Callista Clark, Ashley Anne, Callie Prince, Randall Fowler, Stanton Langley, Emmy Moyen, and many more. 

“It has been my dream for many years to become a professional songwriter, and signing with a team who is so beloved and respected in this industry is such a dream come true,” says Ryan Kohn. “This team has been so warm and welcoming to me, especially my biggest champions, Melissa Spillman and John Dennis. There is no one I'd rather partner with in this ever-changing industry, I am so excited to see what lies ahead for all of us.”

He has also released several singles including “The Man She Used to Know” (2018), “Headed Nowhere” (2021), and “Lifetime, Lover” (2021). In November 2021, Kohn released an EP titled November Skies, described as an honest representation of college students trying to figure out life after graduation. This April, Kohn performed at the 29^th Annual Key West Songwriters Festival in Key West, Florida.
